Well, I'm alive and kicking. I just had my tea and will be having my SWF shortly. Today is day 5 and so close to day 7, then 10 and hopefully 15. I need to focus on other things, but I'm wondering if I should go till day 21.
I really want to reach my goal weight and be healthy for a change. But I also want to go to Paris, which I could do If I stop early. I guess I will have many more healthy years to visit Paris.
I can't wait till Saturday which is tomorrow. That's when I will weigh in to see how I have progressed in 5 days. I'm doing some exercise today and hopefully will see results.
Edit: 17.18 pm, Ok so today has been ok, no fainting lol, can't believe I'm even laughing about this. I feel good, I keep thinking about my goal and I smile each time because I know it's achievable.
 I had some ipoints after having joined the scheme through some online retailer and always getting emails but never really got into it. I had over 3000 points and just thought I would see if I can spend spend spend.
I got a book for under 3000 points and still remained with plenty of points. I'm really pleased about this. So my new book - 500 Best-ever Salads. I'm going to be on salads and fruit for the first week and if I can vary my salads and make them more interesting maybe I'll eat more salads.
I'm also thinking of getting - 500 Greatest-ever Vegetarian Recipes. Not that I'm converting, but I'm thinking I may get one or two good meals helping to cut down on meat and together with my Atkins book which has very little Carbs, they should make a good contrast. I can't wait to get the books so I can start planning my menu well in advance.
Tonight I'll be doing the usual, some exercise - you know, especially since I discovered I have Bingo arms, time to get rid of them, and also tone my legs and tummy.
