A Slimmer, Healthier Me

This is about me and my weight loss journey. I am not only losing weight, but I'm also removing toxins from my body. Post my diet, I will be following a structured healthy way of eating, which I have been following before the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet. The thing is, I'm not exactly fat - but I have gained quite a bit of weight which I would like to lose. During my 1st cleanse I managed to lose 22.5lbs /10.2 kg and learn a lot. I'm into my third cleanse now.

Day Fourteen, 2nd Cleanse

Ok nothing much is happening, had another dizzy spell tonight. But with experience handled it really well, I just like hot baths - what can I say? I just stood under the AC and drank cold water and my juice before getting on with the evening.

I am actually starting to reap the benefits of this cleanse, ok we'll start with the weight loss, which is a bit of a big deal for me. I'm lighter than I have been in 3 years. I can fit into more of my clothes and it feels FANTASTIC there's just no other way of explaining it. It's also doing a lot for my confidence when going out, I'm not thinking people are looking at my belly. I probably wont reach my goal by the time I finish but I'll try to get there somehow.

Secondly, I look great - I'm actually glowing. I look leaner when I look in the mirror but I had pictures of me taken and cannot believe the transformation in about 1 month! I look like me, like the me I know. I always whine about the whiteness of my eyes but they look soooooo much brighter and you can see the glow - I just look happy and that's exactly how I feel.

I am thinking of doing juices, fruit and veg in week 1 post cleanse and hope to continue losing weight. I guess I have to watch that I don't binge eat and will count calories. I am so happy right now, so hope my happiness lives on. night night everyone ;)
