This is about me and my weight loss journey. I am not only losing weight, but I'm also removing toxins from my body. Post my diet, I will be following a structured healthy way of eating, which I have been following before the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet. The thing is, I'm not exactly fat - but I have gained quite a bit of weight which I would like to lose. During my 1st cleanse I managed to lose 22.5lbs /10.2 kg and learn a lot. I'm into my third cleanse now.

| So I got to day 10 |
Yes I did, then I had to go to some daft wedding! And could not avoid eating sitting at one of the main tables!!! Arghhhhh I was 53 kg which is a lovely 116 lbs and now due to stress etc I have started eating like a pig once more and have started gaining weight so I am going to go back on the cleanse. However I need to think things through thoroughly and make sure I don't go back to bad habits. I need to have everything ready and this time I'm using agave which is readily available to me at the moment as opposed to maple syrup. I'm out of cayenne but will get some from the shop tomorrow or something.
I'm not sure if I should start tomorrow because it's that time of the month and normally the scales don't go down. So maybe I should give it a few days and also time to think things through. I have been having a lot problems which just bring me down. I need to be able to deal with that first and be a stronger person so that I don't lapse into binge eating again. I feel ashamed to daily weight updates and will think about it a lot more. I am thinking pictures might be better and will annoue my weight at the end.
I have also joined the gym which should be great for an early morning workout.
So things to do. I will need to read that self help book before I can accomplish any of this.
1- Master Cleanse 21 days - cayenne pepper - more tea - tried dr stuart and didn't work so going back to the boring ugly one - water 2 - Gym at least 5 times a week and squash once to twice a week 3 - Follow my skin regimen to the dot 4 - Follow my hair regimen to the dot and keep my hair under wraps 5 - Keep my head above the water and carry on studying hard! 6 - Add to my wardrobe, jeans, jumpers, coats for winter, tights, boots etc 7 - Follow a raw veg, then veggie diet to start with and slowly, very slowly re introduce meat, dairy etc I am trying to achieve the unachievable, well - I've never done 21 days before or lasted 5 days on leaves, so we'll see how this journey goes. Ultimately I want to tone up, flat tummy, toned arms, thighs and legs etc.
While writing this I was thinking, "I need to ensure I have no distractions" but I have invited my inlaws over in less than 2 weeks! So I can't start now. This is so frustrating. Maybe I ccould go raw for now. So that means for about 8 - 10 days I will go raw then start my cleanse on the 19 / 20th and finish on the 10 th ish. I guess it would be nice to see how I get on with raw food and if I lose any weight at all!
I will have to do a little research on this and see what to eat and what not to eat. I am thinking salad all the time might be boring. I like fruit, especially apples, grapes, strawberries etc. So I will have to stock up. Makes me think about Ugly betty asking for carrot shavings :) Carrot juice is also really nice, but I guess I could have that for lunch with seeds - lol this sounds hilarious!!! Ok I think I will look things up and do some shopping tonight! |
