This is about me and my weight loss journey. I am not only losing weight, but I'm also removing toxins from my body. Post my diet, I will be following a structured healthy way of eating, which I have been following before the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet. The thing is, I'm not exactly fat - but I have gained quite a bit of weight which I would like to lose. During my 1st cleanse I managed to lose 22.5lbs /10.2 kg and learn a lot. I'm into my third cleanse now.

| Day 6 |
No loss to report, but a gain. Ok so I cheated but not sure if that's why I gained 0.2 kg back. I had chocolate, but before you start thinking I had a bar, I didn't. I have some chocolate at home with coconut inside and a thin layer of chocolate outside - so I had the thin layer of chocolate off 2 chocolates about the size of my thumb. I figured it would be equivalent to syrup, but maybe I was wrong because of the gain. I also have my period so I wonder if my body is rebelling. I also did some exercise and usually my loss is less if I exercise so I wonder if all these things combined caused the gain.
The other day I did a workout and didn't lose much, about 0.4 kg the next day I did nothing and lost 1.2 kg. . . . I intend to finish what I started, I need to lose the weight, I have had enough of being told "oh I didn't realise you are actually quite big". Watch this space! I wont be quite big for long. |
