This is about me and my weight loss journey. I am not only losing weight, but I'm also removing toxins from my body. Post my diet, I will be following a structured healthy way of eating, which I have been following before the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet. The thing is, I'm not exactly fat - but I have gained quite a bit of weight which I would like to lose. During my 1st cleanse I managed to lose 22.5lbs /10.2 kg and learn a lot. I'm into my third cleanse now.

It's seems like nothing, but I will have to endure day 10. I have the worst 4 days of this cleanse and I don't know how tomorrow will be. After tomorrow, I intend to make Sunday my day 1, meaning I will only have 4 more days to go. Monday will be day two, Tuesday 3 and so on. I think It will be well doable that way.
I hope to get more energy by Monday and really go for it. As for now, I can't really say much. I am weighing tomorrow, 3 days since I last did. I hope the results will be what I am looking for otherwise it's easy to quit especially around food.
I probably wont update this until Monday because I have a busy weekend ahead, but the good news is that I am also weighing in on Monday so I will have two sets of results to share. I will weigh in again on Wednesday, reason being that I need to keep track otherwise I might end up losing too much weight. When I reach my goal, I will stop even if it's before 15 days. Either way, I stop on day 15. goodnight. |
