		This is about me and my weight loss journey. I am not only losing weight, but I'm also removing toxins from my body. Post my diet, I will be following a structured healthy way of eating, which I have been following before the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet. The thing is, I'm not exactly fat - but I have gained quite a bit of weight which I would like to lose. During my 1st cleanse I managed to lose 22.5lbs /10.2 kg and learn a lot.                               I can't believe I am almost back to the weight I was in 2007. From binge eating when I am stressed. I guess I really have to address the stress issue and find other ways to deal with it. I have so many gorgeous clothes which I now cannot fit into, and some of which i still can't fit into. I have become a social recluse again because I don't want people to see me like this. I am having a pregnancy test done today just to make sure because every week I'm gaining a kg!
  Anyway I have tried to do the cleanse so many times and failed since my last successful cleanse in 2007. In 2008 all my attempts were disastrous. I just couldn't find the strength in me to do it. I am aiming for 30 days now and hoping to shed all this ugly weight off me. After that, I think I will juice for a while maybe a week or so and go raw to start with. I really want this cleanse to be successful. I don't want to stop part way and then binge.
  To put it plain and simply I am desperate to lose the weight. As desperate as it gets. I normally lose about 0.6 kg per day. I hope it will be more than that. I intend to do exercise with this, as much as I can to help shift the weight faster.
  I am taking the week off to get a good start on my cleanse. My strategy - pretend it's not even happening. Weigh in on Saturday, after 5 days. I hope I can manage the weigh in bit . . . . I need to just put my head down and get on with other things, I'm even wondering if should weigh in after 10 days!!! We will see.
  Edit: 17:58 I am bored with the cleanse and only started today but I don't know what to do. If I don't do this I fear I will become bigger than I was before, so I'm stuck really. The only down side is that it's making me really sow and I have so much work to do. I think I will have more juice and see how the day goes. Day one and I am just bored with it. I need will power, I know the results will be more than worth it, I just know it. I was going to take my clothes out of the closet so it motivates when I see them, but I'm too lazy. I feel quite strange, like I have oedema or something, my feet feel odd, so does the rest of my body. I think I will have a natural duiretic and see how it goes. And maybe peppermint tea tonight mmmmm yummy.
